Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of KarPing APR (“KarPing APR”, “the App”), provided by KarPing AI Solutions LLP (“KarPing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using KarPing APR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. About KarPing APR

KarPing APR is a parking-location recall utility designed to help users save the location of a parked vehicle and assist them in returning towards that location.

The App may use GPS and other device location technologies, device orientation or compass sensors, parking information entered by you, an optional parking photograph, and external mapping or navigation applications selected by you.

2. Eligibility

You may use KarPing APR only if you are legally permitted to use software applications and the related services available on your device.

3. Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, KarPing AI Solutions LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use KarPing APR on compatible devices for your personal or lawful business use.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, reverse engineer, bypass security protections, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

4. Location Accuracy and Technical Limitations

KarPing APR relies on location and sensor information supplied by your device, operating system, Google Play Services, and the surrounding environment.

Location and directional information may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by factors outside KarPing's control, including GPS satellite visibility, buildings, indoor or underground parking, multi-level structures, device hardware, power-saving settings, approximate location permission, magnetic interference, sensor calibration, operating-system behaviour, and platform-service availability.

KarPing APR does not guarantee exact vehicle position, distance, direction, or floor identification. Use the App's guidance together with your own observations, signs, landmarks, and other available information.

5. Not a Safety or Emergency Service

KarPing APR is not designed or intended for emergency response, personal safety monitoring, rescue navigation, vehicle theft tracking, critical navigation, or any situation where inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable location information could reasonably result in serious injury, death, or significant property damage.

If you require emergency assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency services.

6. Safe Use

You are responsible for using KarPing APR safely and lawfully. Do not operate or interact with the App while driving or operating a vehicle where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

When walking towards a saved vehicle location, remain aware of traffic, moving vehicles, roads and crossings, restricted areas, stairs, ramps, floor-level changes, obstacles, and your surroundings generally.

7. Saving Your Parking Location

You are responsible for deciding when to save a parking location and for checking whether the location displayed by your device appears reasonable.

You may optionally add information such as floor, parking level, pillar, landmark, notes, or a photograph.

8. External Maps and Navigation Applications

KarPing APR may allow you to open a saved parking location in an external maps or navigation application.

External maps and navigation services are provided by third parties and are not operated or controlled by KarPing AI Solutions LLP. Your use of an external maps or navigation application is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

9. Camera Applications and Parking Photographs

If you choose to take a parking photograph, KarPing APR may launch a compatible camera application installed on your device.

You are responsible for ensuring that photographs you take are lawful and do not improperly infringe another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.

10. Your Information and Privacy

Your use of KarPing APR is also governed by the KarPing APR Privacy Policy.

11. Device Permissions

Some KarPing APR functionality requires permission to access device location. If you deny a required permission, revoke it, or provide only approximate location access, some functionality may become unavailable or less accurate.

12. Compatible Devices

Functionality may vary depending on Android version, manufacturer, device model, available sensors, Google Play Services availability, location hardware, and operating-system customisations. Some devices may not contain a usable heading sensor.

13. Updates and Changes

We may update KarPing APR to add or remove features, improve accuracy or reliability, fix defects, improve compatibility, address security or privacy issues, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

14. Intellectual Property

KarPing APR, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text, logos, user interface, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to KarPing AI Solutions LLP and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

15. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, bug reports, or other feedback about KarPing APR, you permit us to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the App without an obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

KarPing APR relies in part on functionality supplied by Android, Google Play Services, your device manufacturer, and applications that you choose to open. Third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

17. App Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. The App or particular functionality may occasionally be unavailable because of software defects, maintenance, device compatibility problems, operating-system changes, Google Play Services changes, device resource limitations, sensor failures, permission changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KarPing APR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KarPing AI Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of or inability to use KarPing APR where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. User Responsibility

You are responsible for using the App in accordance with applicable law, maintaining control and security of your device, maintaining appropriate permissions, verifying information shown by the App where appropriate, and deciding whether the App is suitable for your circumstances.

21. Termination of Use

You may stop using KarPing APR at any time by uninstalling the App.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will show an updated effective date.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.

Any dispute should first be raised with KarPing AI Solutions LLP so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights, unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the registered office of KarPing AI Solutions LLP.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the KarPing APR Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and KarPing AI Solutions LLP regarding your use of KarPing APR.
