The Beginning

KarPing AI Solutions was launched on October 5, 2024. Mr. Raghu Ram Mahamkali (CEO), who set out to solve a single, everyday challenge—parking—using the power of AI. What started as a focused solution has grown into a broader vision, giving rise to KarPing VMS, KarPing FlowSense, and AI services. Each offering reflects commitment to making cities smarter, operations smoother, and decisions data-driven.

Founder

AP has around 30 years of experience in the industry, having helped companies on their corporate strategy, financial strategy and fund-raise. He was also head of a technology company earlier. He comes with huge strategic management experience. He is a qualified B.Tech, Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.

Raghu Ram Mahamkali

Co-Founder and CEO

With over 20 years of diverse experience in product management, project management, MIS, content creation, and corporate training, Raghu, with Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, has evolved his career to specialize in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Focusing on image and video analysis, object detection, data analysis, deep learning and custom model training, he combines his rich professional background in managing complex projects and optimizing business processes. His understanding in AI and ML, uniquely equips him to guide organizations in leveraging advanced technologies for digital transformation, driving innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Shanti Mangalampalli

Vice President - Marketing

Shanti, a Master’s graduate in Commerce, brings over 20 years of diverse experience spanning across management, customer service, and leadership roles. With international experience particularly in client services, she has developed a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and customer expectations. With a proven track record of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that connect with global audiences, she drives business growth, strengthen brand presence and boosts customer engagement. Shanti ensures that marketing initiatives align with client needs, fostering strong and lasting relationships.

Sailaja Rayaprolu

Vice President - Social Media and Services

Sailaja holds a Master's in English Literature and has over 2 decades of experience in academic institutions, where she has successfully held leadership roles that fostered academic community engagement, resource sharing and brand building. She is engaged in content creation and her understanding of various social media platforms, helps in designing engaging campaigns that enhance brand visibility. She is also responsible for customer service.

Gayatri Gandrakota

Senior Lead - Software Development

Gayatri is an accomplished Senior Software Developer with over a decade of extensive experience in the full lifecycle of software applications, from analysis and design to development, testing, and implementation. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, she stays at the forefront of evolving technologies and has honed her skills in delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions. With a Bachelor's and Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science, she brings specialized expertise in software development and mobile application design and development.
